Zoey Naturals is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just send it to us for a refund within 90 days of purchase.

If you realize there is a problem with your order after you have already checked out please email us immediately at hello@zoey-naturals.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

We do not recommend authorizing payment unless the order confirmation page looks 100% correct. 

Re-carton the products you are returning along with any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation and RA number. You may use the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.
